Overhangs, Porches and Enclosures are some of the most popular features that you can add to your building.

Porches and More

Overhangs

Overhangs are designed with no flooring.

Metal Roof Material included in Pre-Cut Kits. It is possible to upgrade Roofing.

FA may be purchased with fully assembled projects only. These will be kits that are assembled on site by our crew.

The fee for on-site assembly is $15 per sq/ft. The building site must not be more than 50 feet from where the truck will be parked.

Porches

Porches include Floor System, Beams and Rafters. Metal Roof Material included in PCKs. It is possible to upgrade Roofing.

Note: Porches can’t be added to buildings without a floor system!

Enclosures

Enclosed Porches include Floor System, Beams, Rafters, and siding for 3 sides. Metal Roof Material included in PCKs. It is possible to upgrade Roofing.
