The 4-Season Package is the best choice for any structure intended to be lived in. This package is also great for any type of insulated workspace or insulated storage.

Whether you live in a desert or the Arctic a 4-Season Package insulated building can provide year-round comfort.

The 4-Season Package includes an insulated floor (if floor system is included), insulated walls and roof as well as upgraded insulated thermal pane doors and windows (as applicable, see floor plan for details)

4-Season Packages include interior sheathing as well. There are several options for customization in the configurator below!

Clearing the Path:

The overall dimensions of your building are roughly 9’2″W x9’2″L x10’6″H.
A 1′ additional clearance on each side (left, right, and above) is required on the path.
Installation:

Expect a delivery window of approximately 4 hours and for the installation to take up to 2 hours.
Shipping:

Fully Assembled projects can be shipped within 300 miles from our factory to qualifying sites with adequate access.
Delivery:

Buildings that arrive fully assembled are delivered by our in-house team. We have a 3 hour time limit for deliveries. We can only deliver your building to a site that is properly prepared. Our skilled delivery drivers will help you place your new cottage exactly where you want it!
