These wooden nesting boxes are just the right size for your chickens, rabbits or other small pets. Each is handmade in our Southern Vermont manufacturing facility out of rough-sawn Eastern White Pine. This nesting box is safe for pets, featuring unstained wood which makes this box safe to chew for all pets. Each nesting box has a circular entry that measures 6″ in diameter and is approximately 12″x12″x12″ on the inside, accommodating the recommended space for your hens to feel both safe and comfortable. Nesting boxes come in single units, but can be ordered in groups of two, four, or eight. Each nesting box weighs approximately 10lbs per box or 11lbs for boxes with rear door upgrade and have overall dimensions of 14″x14″x14″. Nesting boxes with rear access doors may be ordered on customized, fully assembled builds. Contact our design team if interested in adding this option to a fully assembled building.
