• Required to have proper equipment on-site to unload pallets of 5,000 lbs or more from an enclosed tractor-trailer (most often a fork-lift)
• Can accommodate a full size tractor-trailer off the road

** Residential Freight Deliveries are Possible for $550.
In order to accept a freight delivery at a residence, the following criteria must be met:

• Required to have proper equipment on-site to unload pallets of 5,000 lbs or more from an enclosed tractor-trailer (most often a fork-lift)
• Can accommodate a full size tractor-trailer off the road

Note for Residential Freight Deliveries: If your Kit or Large item is estimated to weigh less than 3,000 lbs, it may be possible to unload by hand instead of requiring a fork-lift. Third party freight drivers are not Jamaica Cottage Shop employees. They may be professional and friendly but they are not required or expected to assist in off loading your purchase.
