Property is directly off from Route 100, a paved state road; four-wheel drive is not required. The space is best suited for an outgoing sociable person. If you are reclusive and prefer to stay locked behind closed doors this may not be the best living arrangement.

We both live on the three-acre property where you will find a studio apartment attached to the 200-hundred-year-old farm house where a young couple is living, a separate 8×16 tiny house, and small guest house that is rented by the night. Additionally, there is a large vegetable garden, several out buildings, and a chicken coop.
Park, live affordably, save money and be surrounded by like-minded folks. Jamaica, Vermont is a cozy eclectic community with no zoning.
