Vermont Cottage C Plans

The Vermont Cottage C is one of Jamaica Cottage Shop’s staples. It is a versatile design with a main living space that includes a loft and a full-length bearing wall porch. One of our most sold items, the Vermont Cottage is the perfect way to start your off grid living, but that is not the only purpose you could use this charming cottage for. Turn it into a guest house, workshop, art studio, pool house or a playhouse. The Vermont Cottage C is available in three different sizes: 16×20, 16×24, and 16×30.

This design will allow you to add partition walls and modify the interior to accommodate your needs. The tall walls give this model versatility and room to customize as preferred. Made with 4×4 post and beam rough sawn hemlock frames and finished with your choice of siding, our designs solutions are intended to last you for generations. Our step-by-step plans will guide you through your project by providing all the information you will need to finish your project. The instructions will help you from the beginning, providing information for different site preparation options, a list of materials, a color-coded cut list that will detail the angles and measurements that you will need to cut for every piece of your project, a list of suggested tools, and detailed instructions and recommendations to put your project together.
