Based on our popular Vermonter design, we slimmed the Utility Shed down for those who don’t need as much space
Made with rugged 4×4 post and beam framing, this shed is built to last. Our plans come with everything you’ll need to build a shed of your own. From a complete materials list and a detailed cut list, to step by step assembly instructions. They even include instructions on how to prepare the recommended foundation of a bed of crushed gravel. A quick stop at the hardware store and your local lumber yard and you’re on your way to having the shed of your dreams!
Each set of plans is designed with the novice builder in mind and to make things as easy as possible. We color code the cut list based on which part of the building each piece of lumber is used in, as well as provide part numbers that correspond with the assembly instructions. We recommend reading through the plans completely before starting your project to get familiar with what to expect. Then gather all of the needed tools to prepare before starting your project.
When you purchase these plans, you will get digital access as well as a physical copy in the mail. Should you run into any issues or have any questions at all, our tech support team is here Monday through Saturday from 8am-3pm to help you overcome any hurdles you may encounter. Also, if you purchase plans and then decide to purchase the Utility Shed kit through us, the complete cost of the plans will be reimbursed.
