The word “Xylia” is Greek, meaning “of the woods.” This picturesque design would look great just about anywhere, especially surrounded by nature. The Xylia (zee-lee-ah) comes standard with a number of windows and a single door making it a perfect candidate for a tiny-house, cottage, or cabin. Add a set of double doors to increase storage potential or add an insulation package to make it livable year round. This “of the woods” design is elegant and classic with lots of potential.
Rugged post and beam techniques, passed down through the centuries, are used to construct this durable delightul dwelling, reminiscent of old New England. Purchase the Xylia in three different forms. As do-it-yourself plans, as a complete precut kit (PCK) where all materials are color coded, part numbered and stacked in order, or as a fully assembled project (FA). FA projects ship in the north east USA. Display sell offs can be found here.
