The archetypal Garage to stow a classic car. Standing proud and looking it’s best, this storage shed fits a small to medium size car. Choose this one bay garage kit design in a fourteen wide or sixteen wide configurations. Option A includes a large nine-foot-wide by eight-foot-tall overhead steel door with an 8×1 transom window above. This transom window lets sunlight spill in as it sits perfectly aligned over the garage door. An additional 2’-8” factory-built nine lite steel side door allows for easy access and the open floor plan provides a great workshop space or can be split up and used for multiple purposes. Organize and tidy up the yard by adding this attractive outbuilding to your farm. Make sure to utilize the storage loft along the rear gable wall to keep the garage open and organized. Built with a pressure treated sill plate instead of a floor system, it can be installed directly on a crushed gravel bed or concrete pad.

This versatile design and rugged frame provide an affordable solution for your shelter needs that will last for many years to come. An outbuilding gives you a convenient place to store the equipment you need to keep your home’s landscape looking good. Even a small garage has plenty of room for a lawn mower, snowblower, and workbench along with essential garden tools, buckets, and other accessories. Choose Your Size 

Our One Bay Garage may be purchased in sizes ranging from 14’x20′ up to 16’x30′. Since these buildings are too tall and wide to ship assembled, they are available as a pre-cut kit.

• Complete Shell – With this package you get everything needed to set up the One Bay Garage shell. Sill plate, wall and roof framing, siding, a metal roof, loft, windows and doors come with this package. The shell works wonderfully as a garage or workshop. The garage may be ordered as a pre-cut kit delivered anywhere in the Continental United States and parts of Canada.

Customize

Each type of building comes with default options that match our specifications. However, if you want to personalize your building, we have made that process a breeze. As you go through each step, you’ll be able to pick and choose which options you want.

• Strengthen – Our post and beam One Bay Garage was designed with New England weather conditions in mind. But that doesn’t mean you can’t strengthen it even more. The roof rafters can have the weight rating increased by upgrading from 24” on center to 16” on center placements.

• Personalize – Enhance the look of your garage by choosing a different siding, roofing, or floor decking. We offer a variety of pine and cedar siding choices. Roofing material comes in a variety of corrugated metal colors, The flooring can be upgraded to tongue and groove. Many people have upgraded their garage to have White Cedar Shingle siding paired with Western Red Cedar Shingle roofing. This has been a popular choice for those living in coastal areas where humidity is high.

• Add-Ons — Hands-down the most popular add-on for the One Bay Garage is the Overhang Kit. Buy one or two of them to increase your storage space. The lean-to provides shaded shelter if you want outdoor space to work (great for running saws, or painting and varnishing woodworking projects). We also sell an enclosure kit that provides additional interior space if you need more security than what an overhang provides. Adding some personality to your building is super easy too, with the purchase of one of our copper windmills. Pair a windmill with a small decorative cupola for added elegance.
